FEEDING THE HOMELESS OF SOUTHERN NEVADA…

DON’T WASTE BREAD OTHERS NEED IT!… A slogan from World War II still rings true today! Because of Covid-19 our traditional way of feeding the homeless will change. Bag lunches will be provided instead of our normal potluck! On Friday, July 3rd at 4:00pm, we will host a “Packing party” packing 50-100 snack bags, containing- snack packs, piece of fruit, chips, bottle of water, crystal light, and a pair of socks.
Donations of food or financial donations are welcome. We will pack bags Friday, July 3rd and deliver to the Southern Nevada Salvation Army on July 4th, independence Day how fitting! Please contact us at [email protected] to sponsor a bag for our quarterly feeding of the Southern Nevada homeless community.
*Volunteers will be needed for about one hour to help pack the lunch bags, Friday, July 3rd at 4pm.
