Order Status and Cancellations

You can view the status of your recent orders by viewing the Recent Orders section in My Account .  You can locate the My Account page by hovering your mouse over the Online Store option on the left side menu.

To request a cancellation of an item or an entire order which has not already shipped:

Please send an email with your name and order# requesting the cancellation to [email protected].  Please indicate which items you wish to cancel or if you want the entire order canceled.

 After submitting the cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.  You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting My Account.

If your item has already shipped, you will need to follow the instructions for Item Returns (see below).


Item Returns

Items may be returned up to 15 days from receipt of shipment.  Please e-mail [email protected] with your name and order# and indicate the reason for the return.  You will be contacted with the address where the items should be sent.  Buyer must pay the cost of shipping the items back to seller.

Requirements for a full refund

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Clothing must be unworn   Note: For more information about our refund policies, go to About Refunds.
